We deliver our mobile SPA complex, as well as related equipment and items, to the address you choose, in accordance with your choice. Standard order includes:
- Delivery of the sauna to a distance of up to 50 kilometers from Gryon 1882;
- Washing and cleaning after use;
- Set of firewood;
. If the distance is exceeded by 50 km, an additional amount of excess is paid at the rate of 1.5 CHF/1 km. In addition to the main order, you can order:
- Additional set of firewood;
- Set of bath accessories;
- Aromatic oils of choice;
- Washing accessories;
- Food and drinks
Discounts.
When ordering a sauna rental for a period of more than 14 days, discounts are available that can reach 20%. For long-term rentals, please contact us to agree on individual conditions.
Payment.
Payment for sauna rental, as well as additional goods and services, can be made through our website using a bank card. With this payment option, the selected dates and services are instantly reserved. If you need to pay by direct bank transfer, please contact us to issue an invoice. Please note that an invoice cannot be issued for rental periods up to 14 days before the start of the rental, as well as during the high season.
How to make an order.
- If you are interested in ordering our sauna, you can go to the “booking” tab, select the dates you need and if the dates are available, book;
- When paying for your order, you can choose two options: full payment and deposit. If you choose to pay in full, your booking amount will be deducted from your account in full. When paying a deposit, the cost of the full order is debited from your account no later than three days before the start of the order;
- The simplest payment method is to pay for your order using a bank card. To do this, you need to enter data in the appropriate fields and make a payment. If you need to pay by direct payment, please contact us to issue an invoice. Please note that invoices cannot be issued for rental periods up to 21 days before the start of the rental, as well as during the high season.
- You can order all additional services simultaneously with the main order or place an order later, but no later than two days before the start of the order. If you order in a shorter time, additional services are not guaranteed.
Rental rules.
When ordering a sauna rental, the Customer assumes the following obligations:
- The customer is responsible for the safety of the rented property, uses it carefully and for its intended purpose, and does not take actions that could lead to its damage;
- The customer guarantees his right to install a sauna in the place where the order was made. In the event of disputes with third parties on this issue, including fines for improper parking at the place of operation, all costs are borne by the Customer;
- Takes into account the possibility of delivering the sauna to the specified location, taking into account the quality of the roads and the seasonal condition of the roads, their rise and icing. Please note that a force majeure circumstance when delivering a sauna is sudden precipitation, and not the constant condition of the road in winter.
- When calculating and ordering additional distances, please use the service www.maps.google.com, where the starting point is the center of Gryon 1882.
- The sauna supplied for rent does not include water. For this reason, the Customer independently ensures that clean water is poured into the tank. The approximate volume of the water tank is 20 liters, the outdoor hot tub is 100 liters;
- Rent does not include waste water drainage. For this reason, the Customer independently produces or provides a place for drainage. Transportation of a mobile SPA complex with clean and waste water is not allowed;
- Renting a mobile SPA complex does not include charging batteries for long-term rentals, as well as servicing equipment for halotherapy and aromatherapy. The customer independently provides access to electricity;
Please note that at different periods there is a minimum rental period. Currently, the minimum rental period in the “low season” is 4 days, and in the high season – 6 days. In this case, the time for delivering the sauna to the customer is no later than 16:00. The time to get the sauna back is no later than 12 hours.
